一、Attendance Management

(一)Working Schedule
1.The Company has an 8-hour work day and a five day standard working week, ie Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday are legal holidays.
2.Working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.
3.Statutory holidays given in accordance with national regulations and the Company’s specific measures.
4.Any employee arriving at the company after 9 AM shall be deemed to have arrived late; and any employee leaving the company before 17 PM shall be deemed to have left early. Any trips on official business need prior approval by the department head and must be recorded.

(二)Leave and vacation management
1.Leave and vacation include sick/private affairs leave, working holiday, leave for visiting relatives, marriage & funeral leave, and maternity leave.
2.Leave and vacation shall be managed by HR Departments at all levels of the Company;;
3.For leave or vacation, the employee shall obtain a written leave request from the HR Department in advance, submit this request for approval by the department head, get reviewed by the branch leader, checked or approved by HR department, and ratified by the General Manager.
4. In general, requests for 1-day leave or vacation shall be approved by the department and reported to HR Department for entry in their records; for 2-3 days leave, the request shall be reviewed by the department head and checked or approved by HR Department; for leave or vacation over 3 days, the request shall be reviewed by the department head, approved or checked by HR Department, and ratified by the General Manager or branch leader.
5.Any employee, failing to follow the above procedures to request for leave due, shall be deemed absent.
6.Working holiday leave, home leave, marriage leave, funeral leave, maternity leave and family planning leave shall all be implemented in accordance with national relevant laws and regulations.

二、Management of Induction and the Probation Period

(一)Handling of Induction
1The Company shall arrange physical examinations for new employees; after passing these examination, the HR Department shall notify employees of the relevant employment formalities.
2.Upon commencement of employment by the Company, all new employees shall, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Social Insurance and other relevant superior departments, provide personnel information (identity card, education certificates, professional certificates, qualification certificates and other related materials), physical examination report, proof of unemployment (unemployment certificate, transient population employment permit, or undergraduate employment registration certificate), social insurance information and public accumulation funds transfer form from their previous employer, etc.
3.The person to be employed is responsible for his/her all certificates, materials and supporting documents; anyone found to have provided false information or materials shall be immediately disqualified from employment.

(二)Probation Period
1.The duration of probation shall be implemented in accordance with the Labor Contract Law.
2.The duration of probation and the salary during the probation period shall be in accordance with National Labor Law.
3.The new employee, upon successful completion of the probation period, shall complete a Commencement of Permanent Employment/Post Determination Inspection Form; applying individually according to the relevant inspection and approval procedures for admission to the permanent staff..

三、Resignation Management
(一)Resignation includes voluntary resignation of the employee (breaking the labor relationship), labor contract relationship termination instigated by the Company, dismissal, etc.
(二) If regular employee wishes to resign, he/she should submit a resignation form to his/her department or company 30 days in advance.
(三)In order to resign, the employee must obtain a Resignation Application Form from the HR Department, and then follow the relevant procedures, i.e., gaining consent of his/her department, submitting to review by the HR Department, obtaining approval by the General Manager of the Company, and resubmitting to the HR Department for entry into their records; before finally complete handover and financial formalities before resignation.
