1.Employee salaries shall be determined in accordance with the rates prevailing in Kunming's labor market, the Company’s financial results, and employee's responsibilities, contributions, ability and performance, and so on.
2.Employee compensation includes a salary, performance bonuses, benefits, target-related bonuses, and special bonuses i.e., employee compensation = position salary + (performance bonuses × encashment coefficient) + welfare + target appraisal-related bonuses + special bonuses;
1.The benefits provided by the Company include statutory and company-specific benefits. Statutory benefits shall be provided according to relevant national and local policy provisions. company-specific benefits are set by the Company based on its financial results.
2.Various social insurances (pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, industrial injury insurance, etc.) shall be purchased for employees in accordance with the relevant national, provincial and municipal laws and policy provisions. The insurance fees shall be withdrawn monthly and paid as specified.
3.The Company shall contribute to a housing provident fund on behalf of employees at the highest ratio permitted under national provisions, ie 12%.
4.National policy subsidies for single-child families, the Hui ethnic minority, the health of female employees and so on, shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations.
5.The Company shall determine and adjust its company-specific benefits based on appraisals of work objectives and its financial results. These benefits include allowances for: education (professional qualifications), communications, transport, meals, winter heating fees, seniority, night shift, sewer, special work, and an enterprise annuity. The Company shall formulate integrated standards for these benefits.
6.The Company will, based on completion of annual business objectives and achieved financial results, award target-appraisal related bonuses to departments and individuals achieving outstanding performance. The specific award amounts and criteria shall be determined by the Company.
1.Special awards shall be granted to units, departments, project teams or individuals displaying outstanding performance or making special contributions to any business, operation or discipline within the Company. They include 9 awards for: technological innovation, production safety, energy conservation, outstanding contributions, market development, management innovation, financial innovation, thesis publication, reasonable suggestions, and other special awards to be designated by the Special Award Appraisal Committee as required.
2.Each special award shall have grand, first , second and third award levels, with award certificates and bonuses given by the Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. The total number awards shall not be exceed 62, with a maximum of three grand awards, nine first awards, twenty second awards and thirty third awards. In the absence of a qualified person, any award can be left unallocated.
